I had a picture of two groups in our church. One more traditional (and maybe older) and the other more modern (and maybe younger). Between them was a single line of people (one of them was me), as if joining the groups by a thin line.
We were all standing around until, as one, we all faced the same way (in Scargill Chapel) still in our same places.
I had assumed it was all about drawing the two groups together through the thin line of people who could effectively bridge the gap.
I think God was showing me it’s less about us all drawing closer to each other in our thinking and more about us all facing the same way (looking towards God) together.
