It’s a little word, that mixes up respect, reverence and awe with a helping of being afraid. You get this key when you encounter Jesus, and it is the key you need to keep finding, and keeping close to hand.
These thoughts above came tumbling out at morning prayer (7.30 am every weekday, all welcome) earlier this week, and this morning was added the observation that Peter thought keeping the law of the land, and being a good citizen, was a great counter-cultural strategy for letting folk know that we have a distinctive lifestyle!
